The most efficient way to purchase coverage is through a contractor participating in the program.  At that time, one underwriting process occurs and jobs are added as the contractor notifies us that they are to be included.  The contractor will be subject to normal contractor underwriting procedures including their experience, loss history, insurance maintained, and regulatory record.  This process is typically a same-day response once the information is provided.

However, any project owner or contractor can purchase the coverage for a single project subject to individual underwriting including the contractor as well as the project owner.  On individual policies the minimum premium is $100.
